This videos are super old man and most of them I don’t even do these exercises any more. But for shoulder work outs dude. Try to workout the whole deltoid muscle in a workout. (Front/middle/rear)

The last set of bent over raises – if you’re targeting your rear delts, you should be raising the dumbells with your palms down rather than facing inwards.

Meaning, your thumbs should be pointing to your legs rather than pointing forward, ahead of you as they are in the last set of exercises.

Good job, though. :-)
