well if you want to bulk up the shoulder try doing shrugs (its the little 1-2 foot high metal thing with 2 handels and a horzontal bar on either end for weight) just pick it up an shrugg ur shoulders make sure u dont lift with your arms.
if your tring to recover from pulling it or an injury try putting ice on it for 15 minutes then rest 15 minuters then u can put the ice again for 15 more minutes repeat. rows are good 2 although they mainly work the chest

try to be more detailed i donbt knowif its an injhury or a muscle gain problem

Question by lil_lady_lora: What abdominal exercises work best for a women who has had two c-sections?
I am looking for new ideas on exercising, the lower abdominal area! Especially After having two c-sections it is a trouble spot! Any ladies, who have had children by abdominal surgery(c-section) you know that pouch that is so hard to get rid of? It is quite frustrating! I wish I could just get plastic surgery to remove it. Unfortunately,I can not at this time. However, my second C-section was a disaster. It was an emergency section,(as well as the first) but the doctor really hacked my stomach the second time around, compared to my first incision. The second one was a much bigger incision and much to far up from the first. Anyhow, I would love to hear of any (lower) or regular abdominal exercises. Or any other tips, secrets,or advice any of you may have. Especially if any of you have had abdominal surgery(s) before. Thanks a bunch,in advance!

i don’t know about having kids and stuff like that but i have cindy crawford’s second workout video the one she did after having her baby and during the ab part she mentions if you have a split or something like that that you need to cross your forearms in front of your stomach and put each hand on opposite sides of your abdomen when u do crunches and stuff. be careful, yikes!!!!

Each of these exercises range from a beginner bicep exercise to an intermediate level exercise. If you have not been working out or doing bicep exercises, starting with the beginner exercises and working your way up to the intermediate exercises will work best. Even if some of the exercises look easy, they are part of a building block process that works off of knowing and mastering the easier exercises first.

Another advantage of working the biceps with these exercises is that the forearms will also receive a workout and are increased in size and strength as well. Part of strengthening and increasing the size of the biceps, includes increasing the strength and size of the forearms too. The two areas work together and increasing one will also help to increase the other.

However, there are exercises that specifically target just the biceps and using a combination of both, will create a complete muscle workout. The other great part being that these exercises can be done from home and with only a few pieces of equipment, while still increasing your bicep size and strength.
