You should do some aerobic every day. Some say strength training every other day and others say strength training every day as long as you alternate muscle groups (the muscles need some recovery time)

I can’t tell you which days to do what on but I can advise you to take a day off between each workout. This allows your muscles to rebuild effectively and furthermore helps you cope with, and stick to, your excercise plan as the day of rest allows you to recuperate your willpower and stops you from feeling over-worked and sick of it.

Remember also that aerobic excercise does affect your muscles (especially your heart) and thus the same logic applies to both forms of excercise.

Well from what I know you shouldn’t exercise the same body part every day (ex. one day ur arms and legs and another day ur stomach or whatever) because they need to be rested. So you can do both exercises. Like the other person said aerobic exercises can be done every day about 30 minutes a day. And strength training also just make sure it’s not the same body part everyday

This would depend on what you’re trying to achieve.
If you just train in general then it shouldn’t matter as some training could be aerobic and strength based at the same time.
Are you literally running and doing weights?

Strength training and cardio can be mixed on the same day. Although I would recommend doing cardio followed by resistance training, if done on the dame day.

If you’re looking for a balance between the two then do cardio on alternate days to strength. 3 days strength followed by 2 days cardio followed by 2 rest days and then the following week 3 cardio and 2x strength.

You must remember there is no right or wrong plan, only one that suits you and your needs.
