any exercise can be weight training by using your own body weight, even walking.
yoga – it uses the resistance of your own body weight.
swimming – ditto, your body weight against the water provides the resistance.
Body weight exercises….squats, lunges, calf raises, pushups pullups, handstand pushups…there are many variations of these and more….Pilates is good for functional strength and yoga is great for flexibility too…
